This Prestigious National level award was conferred upon Fr. Thomas Mullenmadackel VC on 28th January, 2018 in Pastoral Orientation Centre (POC), Kochi, Kerala, by the Kerala Catholic Bishops Conference (KCBC), the highest body of the Kerala Catholic Church, in deep appreciation of prolonged and meritorious, committed services rendered by him in the mission field for the last 27 years.
